Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Stainland is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Stainland and across the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and applicable UK law.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services to any individual where it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe to proceed. Our prescribers and pharmacists make final decisions on clinical suitability at their professional discretion.
All prescription medicines are only dispensed following a clinical assessment by one of our registered prescribers. Prescriptions are issued solely where it is clinically appropriate to do so.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm and could constitute a criminal offence. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate information you provide.
Prescriptions are valid for a single dispensing cycle unless otherwise stated. Repeat prescriptions require a review of your health status at intervals determined by our clinical team.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time; however, you will always be informed of the current price before completing your purchase.
If a prescription cannot be issued following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of the consultation and medication fee within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal disruptions or public holidays.
Medicines will be dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that your address is suitable for safe delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
You may cancel your order prior to clinical approval and dispatch. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with UK medicines regulations. Refunds will not be issued for dispensed prescription items unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Non-prescription products may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days for a full refund, in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
